A gorgeous 19th Century bow front mahogany chest of drawers, finely hand carved, richly patinated and in lovely original condition. The moulded top with reeded edge raised over frieze with beautifully carved palmette motif detail and with two single cockbeaded drawers with brass pulls. Supported over a further arrangement of two short and three long drawers, all graduated and cockbeaded with ring turned pulls and brass escutcheons. Flanked with two finely carved pilaster columns incorporating both spiral and vertical fluted detail surmounted with palmette motifs, raised over shaped apron terminating on slender tapering leg.
