A very rare and stunning late 19th Century four pillar mahogany dining table, of impressive proportions, fabulously hand carved with beautifully rich patination and grain. The well figured, moulded top with reeded edge is raised above four pods with fluted reverse tapering columns, supported on elegant triform cabriole leg with acanthus leaf motif on knee, terminating on ball and claw foot, finely carved in high relief. It features three interchangeable extension leaves which can be used in any combination.
