A rare early 20th Century pitch pine library steps of fabulous quality, finely carved with rich patination and grain. The well figured, moulded hand rail is raised over the top step of rectangular form, upholstered in beautiful deep brown leather with studded brass border, supported above a further three steps with gorgeous brass detail, labelled 'Slingsby England'.
