A rare pair of 19th Century Oriental oil lamps with ormolu mounts throughout the beautiful frosted glass shades with etched star detail of circular form raised over stunning hand painted figures in Japanese traditional dress within domestic scenes in beautiful pinks, greens, purples and blues against white ground, with bands of trailing foliate and geometric patterns throughout, flanked with two ormolu lion head ring handles to the sides, raised on a ormolu base of square form. In fabulous untouched original condition.
