A stunning 19th Century giltwood overmantle mirror of large proportion. The mirror glass plate of arch top form set within a finely hand carved, moulded frame with gorgeous diamond lattice work and beaded alternating borders, the shaped platform base with a further arrangement of scrolls, trailing foliate and flowerhead motif detail to the sides, beautifully carved in high relief.
