A very fine and rare 19th Century Coromandal wood jewellery or specimen box with decorative brass detail throughout. The moulded top of rectangular form raised over single panelled door and sides with brass excutcheon and key opening reveal eleven pull out drawers with brass ring pulls, raised over reeded shaped frieze terminating on block foot.
