A stunning 19th Century well figured mahogany marble top centre table of exceptional quality and finely hand carved with beautifully rich patination and grain. The striking moulded Marquina Black marble top of circular form with concentric ring detail and double edged border is raised over an elegantly simple frieze. The finely hand carved ring turned, baluster pod is embellished with beautifully detailed acanthus leaves. Supported on trefoil base with moulded concentric ring and fluted detail, raised above elegantly, out splaying leg with gorgeous scroll and foliate motifs on knee, terminating on lion paw foot, finely carved in high relief and casters.
